Job description:Description of Job: Loft Conversion, access via Mezzanine (no stairs required). Create 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small hallway. 2 timber trusses to be removed and 2 steel perlings to be installed. 3 Velux windows to be fitted. Architect has drawn and submitted Plans to Council which have been passed. A Structural engineer called Friday to do calculations for Roof Support, these to be passed to Council asap.
