Job description:I have been told the area is 39 sq metres , it is all one area and at the very least I want the floor strengthening and flooring putting down and loft ladder installing ,possibly to have loft hatch enlarged, there is nothing to be removed but will need an electrician to conceal 3 electric cables,will require extra work but need floor etc doing as a priority
