Job description:We are thinking of having the loft converted. to provide a double bedroom ensuite shower room and small sitting area. The dressing room could be utilised for the stair case to the loft. We also want the fron of the property extending by approx 7 feet by 20 feet. This would extend the guest bedroom and the main bathroom. I imagine all the water pipes and electrics and soil pipes would have to be relocated. The price to include the ensuite in loft and new suite in extended bathroom. Plus a new fitted kichen breakfast room. along with the repositioning of heaters etc. Please note I do not want a dorma style loft convertion.
