Job description: I am looking to do a loft conversion in a 1930's 3 bed semi. I think that we will need a gable end building (there is a hip roof currently) to make the best of the space. I don't want to loose the small room at the front og the house to make way for the stairs so they need to be cleaverly fitted onto the landing. We want a large dormer across the back roof to gain as much space a possible. We want a shower room and a bedroom out of the new loft space.
