Re-configure existing loft conversion including fitting Dorma Window and other windows in house in Dore and Totley

Job description:We have a loft that was converted prior to us buying the house. It has been done with a poor layout that doesn't make the most of the space potential. There is a large area that is boxed of, presumably around the chimney. We want to open this room up to make it into an en-suite master bedroom suite. In order to do this I believe some internal renovations are required in addition to the the fitting of a Dorma Window to the rear and velux windows to the front. If possible (and to save cost) we would look for the current velux windows to be moved to the front of the house. The room doesn't currently have central heating so this would need to be plumbed in. As would the en-suite shower room. We are also looking to have new u-pvc windows in the rest of the house, so a contractor who could do both projects to realise some cost savings would be ideal.
