Replace dormer window with a velux window, and redo attic space in Walkley

Job description:I currently have a dormer window in attic of terrace house which is leaking and would like to replace with a velux window. Depending on the price (no idea how much these things cost) I may also like to redo the attic space (knock down partition wall, fully utilise the space available so move some of the walls in the attic space) AND/OR have a new attic roof. All very vague at moment as no idea how much anything would cost.
