Job description:Roof needs checking - need flashing around chimney checked and made watertight as my surveyor said it would need work. Also need loft insulation added if existing insulation deemed inadequate. Would like loft brickwork at front of house checked for signs of damp and advice on structural safety of roof - survey advised adding at least 2 steel struts to strengthen roof - would like confirmation of this also.
