Job description:Ryhall. I have a 3 storey listed cottage with an existing rear kitchen extension built 20 years ago. RCC believe the footings will take another floor. I also wish to push out the roof at the back to provide a shower room for the top bedroom. I want it to resemble a conservatory, with as much wood and glass as planning will allow, with a juliet balcony to the rear.
