Job description:Main loft space converted 2 decades ago & now in poor state. Current flooring & insulation need replacing. Current access needs improving (staircase instead of loft ladder etc). Would like skylight but need to avoid solar panel on roof. Very appx. dimensions: 20' x 22'. (Loft is in 2 sections - other side of current partition is appx. 12' x 22'.
