Job description:2 bedroomed semi detached terrraced cottage. Never been up into the loft! i want to have a master bedroom and ensuite in the loft if possible. I do not want any windows at the front of the property just to the rear. Ideally I would want Velux windows. I have not obtained planning permission has I do not know whether this would be needed
