Job description:The loft is approximately 11m by 5.5mand is over the single storey part of the property. The ceiling in part of the living room below the loft will need to be lowered as there is currently a section that is 'vaulted'. Will need approx 3 velux skylights, 4 double sockets, ?spotlights. Staircase into beroom with ensuite off (bath, toilet, 2 sinks nd a shower cubicle). Height available in the centre of the loft is 2.2m so limited. Ideally want to keep A frames where possible - no need to remove them to provide additional open space.
