Job description:loft conversion to my vicorian house. the main king post needs to be removed and 2x steel beams put in from party wall to party wall. a kite wind staircase from the first floor to the loft with door at the top needs to be built. there are no dorma's just velux windows. build must conform to building regs as it will be a bedroon and en-suite not a play or loft room.drawings and Eng calcs have already been completed. party wall agreement almost complete with both neighbours.i want the build finished to a standard ready for decoration. i want en-suite plumbed in.
