Job description:We are not after a loft conversion but would like our loft insulated and boarded with a view to use it as a day to day warm room, such as an office. we would also like lights and a couple of electrial sockets putting in. Our home is a 1930s semi-detached house, so standard loft size. So basically we require a quote for: -Extra beams adding to loft floor, to take extra weight, so can walk on. -Boarding the loft floor. -Adding extra beams to roof beams, to give extra depth for insulation. -Insulating roof. -boarding of roof area. -connecting up a couple of electrical sockets. -can you also add into quote, extra cost involved to put in a window in the loft roof, just on the back garden side, for extra light in the loft. thank you. best regards.
