Job description:We are looking to get our loft converted to a bedroom - possibility of a small shower room. We may also be interested in a 'dorma' (unsure of spelling) window to make the room slightly bigger. We are wanting to get proper planning permission so that we can have our home officially listed as four bedroomed. We are in the process of finding a plumber to install a Worcester Combi Boiler (which I will buy from Bosch) so that all of the tanks in the attic will be removed and the emersion heater removed to allow space for a stairway.
