New plasterboard ceilings needed in 5/6 upstairs rooms and possible ceiling joist strengthening. in Tavistock North

Job description:Waiting for completion on house purchase, looking for prospective quotes. Currently property has sagging fibreboard ceilings in most upstairs rooms. Need these replacing with plasterboard ceilings. Large loft space above, but some joists are bendy/bouncy (no rot). Assume timbers in ceiling might need strengthening for plasterboard ceilings for upstairs rooms to be added (due to extra weight). All internal walls in upstairs rooms are studwork. Would be good to get initial thoughts / assessment as to whether a future loft conversion would be possible too, due to studwork walls, unsure if this could happen / if joists could be strengthened enough at this point to make it possible in the future. Looks like similar property down the road has a loft conversion, but not sure if load bearing walls in that one reach top of top floor. Though I've selected under 8k in budget, I would hope this would come in a long way under this.
