Job description:I have a steeply pointed roof over a small house (built in 1980's) it is not useable for a room but I would to use it for storage. I have fairly recently bought the house so I haven't had anything done to it yet. There is some insulation laid down in parts. There are also some pipes which have been cut probably when the heating system was replaced but which lead nowhere and would need to be removed. The bathroom extractor leads into the roof space and the wiring may possibly need looking at because it doesn't work. It is free of large heavy junk but would need cleaning up, some additional insualtion and some boards laying, and also the loft ladder needs refitting or possibly replacing.
