Job description:Our property is a one bed terraced cottage. We are looking to put an ensuite on to the existing bedroom, where there is currently no plumbing but plenty of room to fit an ensuite. This would invlove constucting a partition wall in the bedroom to section off the ensuite, and installing plumbing to allow for shower, toilet and sink. We would also like to knock through an internal wall between the kitchen and the existing bathroom to increase the size of the kitchen. Where the exisitng bathroom is, we wish to have just a tiolet and sink. This should not invlove too much plumbing as there as already a toilet and sink in this area, they may just need to be repositioned. Structural work is all thats needed to the kitchen area to increase the size as we intend to fit the new kitchen ourselves. Our exisiting boiler needs to be replaced and repositioned, if possible within the new kitchen area. We currently have an old style fuse board and may need to have the house rewired to allow for the additions listed above. This would be 'stage 1' of work to our property. Depending on the cost, 'phase 2' of work would involve converting our loft in to a bedroom and ensuite, with access via a spiral staircase in the living room. 2 velux windows to be included with the loft conversion. Size of loft = 7.2 metres x 3.7 metres.
