Job description:I am in the very first stages of planning a loft conversion. (No architect / no planning permission / no party wall agreements / yet etc.) Would be great to discuss this project and get quotes. Requirements are as follows: - Mansard loft conversion for an early 1900s terrace in Southfields, London SW18 (Wandsworth Borough). The party walls have already been built up by loft extensions in both properties to either side of ours. - Requirements are for stairs above/parallel to existing stairs on floor below then a self contained bathroom to left of stairs (front of house, sloping roof) and a bedroom at the back (mansard). Planning permission granted in around 2005 has now lapsed and our requirements will be slightly different from the previous owners plans. I would like to discuss various budgetting options. Thank you in advance.
