Job description:The existing construction has to be dismantled in order to increase the wall cavity space for 100mm insulation.Felted roof to be stripped to convert it to a warm one,hanging tiles to be stripped off plus side boarding so that mods can be carried out.When all stuctural changes are complete, full insulation to be installed,triple felt roof cover,boarding, felting,battens, hanging tiles flashing.etc.Some materials can possibly be re- used.
