Job description:as stated above,all drawings/approvals obtained, work element is part only construction to include steel beam installation, new pre fabricated stairs and dormer + rooflights x 3No. Can provide copies of drawings, including steel design, longest steel is approx 4.5m which will be splice plated and bolted together to form longer span. (It is worth noting that I intend doing all the plumbing, carpentry and plastering works myself)
