Job description:Loft conversion of a mansion flat loft in Maida Vale, London w9. We have an unconverted loft accessed via a drop down ladder from our flat. It is on our flat title. I am interested in finding our whether a conversion may be possible from a practical and also a planning perspective. And also getting an idea of ballpark costs and time of the job. Our flat is 110 square metres and the loft is the same footprint, albeit with reduced height under eaves. There is over 2m clearance at the highest. We are in a conservation area so that may limit options.
