Job description:we are looking for a written quote for a loft conversion, architect drawings and structural engineers load drawing available, building reg's approved, there will also be the need for electronic smoke alarms to be fitted where stated and also 6 fire doors to be fitted with new staircase and studding, also additional work that has been stated, you must liasion with building reg's for inspections before work commences, at 1st fixing and at finished stage. this has all been stated in writing. the drawings we have MUST be returned to us upon supplying the written quote.
