Simple conversion in Merley and Bearwood

Job description:My attic is about 40 foot x 25 foot. Access is via small hatch. It has no floorboards, so if I walk around in the attic I have to balance on the joists. I can't afford a full conversion at present. However, I would like to have it converted into a properly useable space, with a view to a further conversion in the future. I'd like to have floorboards laid and a Velux window installed. I'd also like a convenient and decent quality ladder installed to replace the rickety job some cowboys conned my elderly parents into buying some years ago. I may also want the "walls" of the roof boarded and plastered, subject of course to costs. I won't need any electrics or plumbing done for now. The floorboards must be strong enough to take the weight of a bedroom and bathroom, should I one day choose to choose to have these installed.
