Job description:We want to create a loft conversion with a bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. There is an existing loft room but it does not have stair access. We would like to add one or two dormers subject to planning consent. The existing loft room is 3.9x3.4 metres and the other roof is a similar size. We complete on the house by 31 October and would like to start the work as soon as possible after that date. We also want to convert a garage and replace kitchen and a shower room.
