Job description:The property is a converted barn and we hope to convert the loft space to provide us with a further bedroom, bathroom, (with toilet, sink and bath) and study (with a phone point). We hope to extend the current open wooden staircase into the loft to create a third floor to the property. The roof has a steep pitch and we plan to put a number of velux windows in the roof (3 on either side) and a large circular window in the gable end to be in keeping with the round windows in the rest of the property. The approximate dimensions of the loft space are a 37 feet by 20 feet. The loft is currently boarded and is used for storage. There is also a water tank in the loft.
