Job description:3 Bedroom semi detached bungalow. Want to have a bedroom with ensuite in loft space using a domer and utilise the pitch for storage. Would like work to start March/April. Will need plans drawn. New boiler already installed in loft and bathroom to be above current family bathroom. I would guess 2 to 3 velux facing the road and a dormer to be 20 x 15 to fit in without needing planning.
