Job description:Total loft area 5m x 7.5m. Trusses span 7.5m. Height from bottom to top of truss 2.34m. Hope to achieve room size 4.5 x 5m using full width dormer which will have to go right up to the apex. This is going to need a bit of thought because we have been told a standard 220mm deep timber joist will not give enough headroom.
