Job description:I have had an extension built several years ago and within the job i had the appropriate size timbers, rsj and strengthening in place for the required conversion i am asking for help with now. I will need 2x velux windows fitted, insulation and boarding and plastering throughout. The roofline is not to be altered so only regs are to be applied for (by me). A staircase will be needed so a quote for this will be apprechiated.. along with an assesment of original house loft to strengthen and make good to enable the job to be complete.
