Wrought iron/metal railings for wall in Crompton

Job description:I live in a terraced house that is 'garden fronted' and would like to increase the height of my wall with railings to make a more secure and enclosed frontage. Something traditional, preferably black, approx 2.5 M wide and 30-40cm high. There are slightly higher piers at each end to attach the railings to. Sounds small, however the coping stones are a weird angle and are also damaged. Ideally, I would like these replacing with similar style and then the railings attaching to this 'weird angle'.
