I need a ballustrade built and fitted around a balcony and steps down to a garden. in Queen's Park

Job description:I already have some original Victorian wrought iron railing uprights (don't know exact name for them). These need to be fixed to the balcony roof and a banister. There is approx 2.5m around the balcony and then there are five steps. The railings are decorative and very wide so only one needed per step to give an idea. Please call for more detail.
