Job description:I own a flat in the clock tower in hampstead, there are 8 flats all together which share a communal metal staircase over 4 floors. The stairs have not been looked after and are in desparate need of refurbishment i.e the flooring is coming up as rain water does not leak away. Some of the actual metal framework will also need to be replaced but not all. Plans will need to be drawn up for the works. I have no idea of costs however would like to recieve some quotes so can take action from there.
