Fence for baby grave in Woolwich Common

Job description:i need a fence made for my babys grave, its only a small grave 70cms long 20cms width 30ish cms high (ish) my ideal is the black spike metal fence with the spikes painted blue, if you have any other/better ideas i am open to change. cost wise i am a single mum so as much as my son is worth loads i cant afford a really high price. please if you can help get in touch, thanks leanne
