Job description:To adapt a Grill covering a lightwell A section 700 x 400 needs to be cut out of existing grill and a hinge fitted so that grill can be easily lifted as means of escape from rear of basement to pass building regs. To fit a step ladder to front lightwell in basement at not more than 70degrees, 600mm steps not rungs required for building regs
