Job description:External blinds come down over three windows at the back of the house. Two of the windows need new cords and handles. They were originally fitted by a company called rollexa who I believe are now out of business. I have had a man from the replacement company to fix them and he made the problem worse because he did not have the right length of cord and now one blind will not open.
