Job description:fitment of stair rail top step to pavement level, approx 9 steps existing brick wall to low so metal rail needs to be installed brick wall can be used as anchor for metal rail. leaseholder of flats vale management have agreed for me to get quote for rail to be fitted. if they agree with quote i will pay for work and claim back from them.
