Staircaase from my kitchen to my garden, needs sanding and re paint in Trinity

Job description:My property in in a mid terrace, 2 floors, mine is the top floor flat. I need the staircase sanding down, painting and i think i have 2 steps loosse. There is a standing platform of about 3-4 feet wide and 6-7 feet long (i think) and then the stairs go to my garden. I am not sure of the cost so i just picked the first of under 100. I know it will cost more than this.
