Holes making in box section and railings in West

Needed: Metalworker in West, PE3

Job description:I intend to buy ten 1.8m lengths of 70x70x3mm steel box section. The job I need doing is to drill two pairs of holes in each section (40 holes in total) to allow me to thread bolts through from one side to another. I also need a total of 4 holes drilling into some heavy duty steel railings (approx 8mm thick)
