Job description:I ve got some iron stairs running up to my first floor flat which are similar to usual fire escape stairs (the only access into the flat) and my tenant has called to say that one step has fallen off. The stairs are in need of urgent repair as I believe there are some cracks in the other stairs - I d like someone to look at them asap (worried they are dangerous for my tenant) and of course get them repaired.
