Job description:3 sets of railings to be fixed to tops of walls, plus 2 removable skylight cages. Railings: 1) total span 2000mm including a gate approx 900mm to be fixed onto left hand wall, a post and a piece of railing approx 1100mm to be fixed onto the right hand wall. Height 800mm. 2) span 4500mm, height 500mm, fixed to wall on left hand edge, posts every metre and a corner post on right hand edge. 3) span 5000-5500mm, height 1670mm. Also includes a grille hinged onto the upright railing so that it can be lifted up for access to the gutter below it for maintenance, full length, approx 1000mm wide. 4) 2 x cages of (l x w x h) 1300mm x 1300 x 400mm to sit over the top of 2 skylights. Normal building regs - gaps no more than 100mm and height of railing / total height of wall plus railing must be no less than 1100mm. Plain style, galvanised and black coated finish. Specific measurements and fixings to comply with building regs. Can provide structural calculations for fixings and pictures with measurements to give you an idea of the job. Installation may/may not be required.
