Job description:Existing:- (A). Metal domestic internal spiral staircase with wooden treads circa 40 yrs old. 260 cm high; arc of 90cm. 13 treads 2 spindles per tread (B). Balustrade on landing; 3 runs total of 300cm; 14 spindles. Requirement:- (1). Need 3 spindles per tread. Preferably replace the existing two as well. (2). New handrail (either metal or wood). (3). Advice/solution on making wooden treads non-slip. (4). Replace balustrade runs with new spindles (to match stairs) and glass/acrylic filling between spindles plus new handrail to match stairs.
