Cut out and replace corroded metal supports for staircase leading to basement flat central london in Tachbrook

Job description:pretty much as described above. Metal staircase leading down from pavement to basement flat. The metal support beams underneath the landing at pavement level are badly corroded and need replacing. Also one of the decorative tops to one of the railings has broken off and needs re-welding. The location is pimlico but is not in congestion zone. However parking for tradesmen can be done via westminster council online the day before and costs £26.40 per day I have guessed at the price but happy to see what the quotes say
