Job description:Sand back existing white gloss paint on all door frames (both sides of 6 main door frames and front facings of 2 cupboard door frames), currently wood knots are showing through exisiting paintwork so would prefer well sanded back to remove these as much as possible, fill all cracks in wood and between frame and walls, repaint (undercoat & white satin finish). Sand & repaint skirtings - 5 rooms. As above also for loft hatch and loft door. Sand back, repair any dimples/cracks/blemishes in walls and repaint walls and ceiling in hallway, 2 bedrooms, kitchen + bathroom ceiling (extra care required here as brand new bathroom fully tiled to ceiling height, prefer bathroom paint also). Exisiting colours are neutral so no dark colours to paint out with numerous coats. All plastered walls in good condition, flat approx 9 years old, no wallpaper, covings, dado rails etc
