Job description:Living Room Painting; generally base and two coats Prepare and decoration living walls and ceilings Existing walls will have the existing dado rails removed; therefore the walls will be required to be made good Artex to ceilings to be sanded and removed made good and then repainted Paint existing skirting Protect adjoining surfaces (shelves, surrounds etc.) Prepare and paint bay window cill and soffit Approximate room dimension: 4,000mm x 7,000mm Paint two radiators (including wall behind) Light fittings and switches to be removed during works Staircase and upstairs hall Painting; generally base and two coats Remove existing woodchip wallpaper Make good walls after dado rails have been removed by owner Prepare and decorate walls Prepare and decorate existing door frames Prepare and decorate existing skirting/stair stringer Remove existing artex to ceiling Prepare and decorate ceiling including roof access hatch Approximate room dimensions: 4,500mm x 2,100mm (extreme dimension) Access equipment required for the wall papering and the painting to ceiling to the staircase areas Light fittings to be removed during works Some areas of replacement paper required to walls Quotation sought immediately, works to commence March 2012
