Job description:We don't just need a painter/decorator: we also need someone who can clean and restore outside brick work, remove redundant wooden posts, lay decking, box in pipes, instal new curtain rails, renew some outside paint work and paint and decorate a spacious three-bedroom flat. We also need a glazier to replace a few broken panes in our sash windows. We either need one person who can do all of these things, or we need a few tradesmen in order to build a team.
