Help needed with Hallway Wallpapering and general handy work. in Eastbury

Job description:Need help decorating my hallway with both lining and design paper. Walls arent great quality (bumpy and rough) hense the need for quality lining paper. The hallway is currently painted. I will gloss skirting and doorways for you in advance. Depends on costs (on budget) but may ask to decorate small toilet with half tiles / half wallpaper. Currently have wooden panels halfway and painted old wallpaper which I'm happy to remove in advance. I would also ideally like some help with changing the light switch covers in the hallway and hanging blinds x2 (kitchen and spare room). If satisfied with quality of work and price (I have been let down before) I will need further help after this lot!
