Job description:I require an accredited and qualified painter to supply, prepare and paint two coats of a quality masonry paint to external walls and supply, prepare and apply two coats of a quality woodstain to external sides of timber windows. The 2 storey house is approx. 15m x 8m, dormer style so the end walls are full height and most of the front/rear walls are ground to first floor with two exceptions - needs to be viewed but pictures can be supplied. There are 17 windows of an average sixe of 120cm x 120cm plus 1 x French Door and 2 x Solid Doors (Front/Rear) There is also a garage to be painted as above which is approx. 7m x 3m, single storey. Seperate quote required. I am looking for a fixed price contract.
