Redecorating flat prior to sale in Harborne

Job description:I have a modern flat in a converted 1880s building. I intend to put it on the market in the next few weeks. The flat needs repainting and a few minor areas of decorating as detailed below. Kitchen/ living area- 3 loose tiles to be re-attached, and tiling along worktops to be resealed. Minor cracking in paintwork may need filling prior to repainting. Repainting of all walls and ceiling, including salt inhibitor to small areas of damp damage. Approx 16' x 10' + 8 ' x 7' Bathroom- Tiled areas to have grouting cleaned/ replaced as necessary. Walls to be repainted, with salt inhibitor to small area of damp damage by tiles. Loose skirting board to be tidied/ reattached. Approx 7' x 5' Bedroom- Walls to be repainted, again with salt inhibitor to area of damp damage Approx 12' x 10' Box room- Walls to be repainted. Approx 8' x 8' Basically, I am prepared to make an investment to have the property 'polished' to a high standard prior to selling. I estimate the job would take 3 or 4 days, and wish it to be done soon. The flat is furnished but unoccupied, and I can provide a set of keys for access. I can arrange access for a formal estimate.
