Hall needs wallpaper hanging wood areas needs glossing+ ceilings paint in Ladywood

Job description:all interior. hall needs wallpaper hanging and all wood areas needs glossing. lounge needs 1 x wall wallpapered and the other 3 painted with all wood areas need glossing (4 doors and 2 double doors and garden door frame). all ceilings need painting. flat is only about 10-15 years old so walls are still nice and smooth and in very good order. I have already purchased the wallpaper but not the paint for walls or gloss...will need your advice. There is a top and bottom paper border throughout that will need to be removed also before you can start. The combined floor area encompasses about 30 square metres..i hope this helps as i dont have the correct room measurements. There is a new wood floor so the decorator will need to be careful not to splash much paint about. Job needed doing ASAP Thanks Eric
