Job description:Plastered hall & landing needs sanding ,to be lined with paper & painted, ceiling painted.front hall painted and ceiling .stairs sanding & spindles painting and stained.All skirtings and3 doors painting & frames. Lounge needs wallpaper repairing where torn. Fireplace wall needs prep as rough plaster and one side of room which will be feature wall needs prep and re papered with patterened paper. Dado rails are currently varnished need painting white gloss. Rest of lounge walls and ceiling to be painted
