Job description:House needs a full refresh to make it ready for new tenants. The following rooms need repainting in neutral colours: Lounge, Kitchen/Diner, Hallway/stairs/landing, Bathroom, 2 x bedrooms. The kitchen ceiling also needs to be replaced (new boards and replastered) and and bathroom ceiling too. I am up from London this afternoon (Saturday 24th) visiting the property so please get in contact if you can come round asap to quote on this job. I have tenants waiting to move in so need a good job but a fairly quick turnaround.
